Why 316L stainless steel

316L is a marine-grade stainless steel with a low nickel content, which is why it is the standard material for jewelry worn daily. Compared with brass or alloy-based jewelry, it offers three practical advantages for both retailers and end customers:

• Corrosion resistance. 316L withstands sweat, humidity and daily water contact without rusting or turning the skin green — the most common reason alloy jewelry gets returned.
• Skin friendliness. The low-nickel formulation makes it suitable for most wearers with sensitive skin, which is a strong selling point for rings and earrings worn all day.
• Structural durability. It resists scratching and deformation far better than plated brass, so a ring keeps its edges and engravings through years of wear.

One honest caveat we always tell buyers: stainless steel is denser than zinc alloys such as zamak, so a solid 316L piece feels noticeably heavier in hand. That weight reads as quality to most customers, but it is worth knowing before you compare samples.

OEM and ODM services

We work on both models:

• OEM — you bring a design, sketch or reference sample; we tool it, produce it and pack it under your brand.
• ODM — you pick from our existing designs and we adapt details: logo, engraving, finish, packaging and sizing.

A typical custom project runs through five steps:

1. Brief. You send drawings, reference photos or a physical sample, plus target quantity and finish.
2. Quotation and sampling. We quote per design and produce a pre-production sample for your approval.
3. Sample confirmation. You check dimensions, weight, finish and logo placement. Nothing goes into production before you sign off.
4. Bulk production. Once the sample is locked, we run the order with periodic in-process checks.
5. QC and shipment. Final inspection, packing to your spec, and export documentation.

Minimum order quantities

Our MOQ structure is deliberately split so buyers can test before committing:

• Samples from 3 pcs per design — enough to evaluate quality, sizing and finish in hand before a bulk order.
• Bulk, OEM and ODM from 50 pcs per design — the level at which custom tooling, plating set-ups and engraving become economical.

Prices are quoted per order rather than fixed on the page, because cost depends on design complexity, finish, quantity and packaging. Send us your item list and target quantity and you will get a written quotation covering unit price, tooling (if any) and lead time.

Quality control

Every order passes through three checkpoints: incoming material verification, in-process inspection during plating and assembly, and a final audit before packing. The final audit covers dimensions against the approved sample, finish uniformity, engraving clarity, and a wear check on clasps and findings. If a batch fails, it does not ship — we rework or re-plate rather than send product we would not accept ourselves.

Do you sell single pieces?

Small trial orders start at 3 pcs per design. Bulk and custom work starts at 50 pcs per design.

Can you produce our own design?

Yes. Send a drawing, photo or physical sample and we will quote tooling and unit cost before anything is committed.

What finishes are available?

Silver, gold, black, antique silver and two-tone plating are standard. Custom colors are possible on bulk orders.

How is quality guaranteed on a first order?

You approve a pre-production sample before bulk production starts, and the final audit is measured against that approved sample.
